Plugin features
The plugin sits inside WordPress admin at WooCommerce → PingBell. From there:
- A connect flow that links your store to PingBell with a short code — no API keys to paste
- Checkboxes for the store events that should ring the bell
- One-click webhook creation (no manual webhook config)
- Direct edit and view buttons for each connected counter, plus a live board preview right in wp-admin
Supported events:
- New order created
- Order paid (payment confirmed)
- Order completed
- Order updated
- Order deleted
- Product added to cart
The plugin creates the WooCommerce webhook for you and lets you remove it just as easily.
Setup in five minutes
- Install the plugin from the WordPress plugin directory or download from GitHub releases
- The plugin sends you to PingBell with a short connect code — sign in or sign up on the spot
- Tick the store events that should ring the bell (new orders powers both order count and revenue)
- Click Connect store
- Done — your WordPress admin wires the webhooks by itself, one source per event
Display the counter wherever you want it: the board’s embed code for landing pages, the PingBell TV app on a streaming stick for the office, or the mobile app on team phones for instant pings on every order.
