Connect a source (optional)

A source is where your events come from. Three options: a one-click app (Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, Google Forms, ClickFunnels), Zapier / Make / Pabbly / viaSocket for 9,000+ other apps, or a plain webhook from your own tools. Building static signage — a menu, a welcome board? Skip this step entirely.

Design the board

Start from a template or a blank canvas — or connect Canva and use one of your designs as the background. Add blocks — a counter, text, a clock, weather, a scrolling marquee, an image — set your colors, and pick a sound from the library of 70+ built-in options. Every change previews live.

Build a channel (optional)

Got more than one board for the same screen? Group them into a channel — pick the boards, set the order and how many seconds each one holds. One board alone casts directly, no channel needed.

Pair a screen

Plug a streaming stick into any TV and install PingBell from the device's app store (Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, or Apple TV) — or just open the pair URL in a browser. The screen shows a short pairing code: enter it on your Screens page (or scan the QR), pick the board or channel to cast, and it's live seconds later.
