How to sign up
Visit my.pingbell.io. Enter your email address and click the button to send a sign-in link. Open the email we send and click the link — you’re in. Your workspace is created automatically.
Why no password?
Passwords are the most common cause of account compromise. We removed them — every sign-in starts with an emailed link tied to that one session. There’s no password to leak, reuse, or forget.
What you get straight away
No credit card, no trial to start. Your first 7 days are Plus — the full board designer, no watermark, unlimited screens — and nothing is charged.
When the week is up, your account settles onto the free plan: one board on one screen, with a small PingBell watermark. Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working; you simply keep one board casting until you choose a paid plan. See pricing for what each plan adds.
Your first board
Once you’re signed in: connect a source if you want live numbers (or skip it for static signage), design a board, and pair a screen. The quick start guide walks the whole path in about ten minutes.
