Turning a source off
Stop a source from collecting events — for everyone, not just you.
Archive it
To stop a source from receiving events entirely, archive it: open Sources, click the pencil icon on the source, then 🗑️ Archive and confirm. The webhook stops accepting events immediately — for everyone in the workspace — and the source’s history and board counts are preserved.
When you want it back, restore it from the Archived filter and it picks up right where it stopped.
Stop vs. mute
Archiving stops event collection for the whole workspace. Muting only silences the sound on one screen — the counter keeps updating and events keep being collected.
